Opportunity Village currently has full time and part time direct care positions available in the ICF/MR and RCF/MR cottages at Clear Lake.
Personal Support Professional
Full or part time, all working hours will be established by immediate supervisor. Weekends may be included in work schedule.
Description of Duties: To provide active treatment and individual training to consumers. Must be able to lift/transfer individuals; write in order to complete forms and required documentation; accept assigned job description responsibilities to support persons with disabilities in various areas of their lives and other duties as asked of you.
Qualifications: Profound interest in and desire to work patiently with disabled individuals; relates well; neat in appearance and good manners; high school education or GED preferred; previous work experience which can be related to work with individuals with a disability is desirable but not required, training will be provided.
