Vocational Services
Opportunity Village offers services to help an individual identify his or her job interests, assess skills, learn new jobs and find meaningful work.

A person's job may be in the Village's sheltered workshop or with a business in the community. Job coaches help train and support individuals working in local businesses.

If you're an employer, the Village can help solve your needs! We contract with businesses to handle manpower needs such as small assembly and packaging, mailings, document destruction and more in our workshop. Hiring an individual from the Village for work at your site brings you an employee with motivation, loyalty and the training support of our job coach.
Village Vocational Services include the following:

• Vocational evaluation (facility worksite assessment)
• Work adjustment
• Supported employment & job coaching
• Community placements
• Organizational employment in our Work Services area
