SERVICES
Residential Services
 Living arrangements available at Opportunity Village range from intensive, round-the-clock care in family-style homes, to minimal support services for independent living, to in-home services in private homes. Individuals are encouraged to participate in their local community, making use of available services and recreational opportunities.
Residential services offered include the following:
- Three homes licensed ICF/MR (Intermediate Care Facility/Mentally Retarded), located on our main campus in Clear Lake, Iowa.
- Seven homes licensed RCF/MR (Residential Care Facility/Mentally Retarded), located on our main campus.
- Two homes licensed RCF/MR located in the communities of Clear Lake and Eagle Grove, Iowa.
- Supported Community Living offered in Village-owned homes as well as private apartments and homes throughout North Iowa.
- Respite care in Village residences or in the individual's own home, for children and adults.
